What is Fine Bubble Generator?

Fine Bubble generator HELIX NOZZLE generates Fine Bubble (Micro Bubble & Ultra Fine Bubble) that diameter is smaller than 100µm.
By applying water pressure to nozzle inlet, inside of the nozzle is evacuated and it draws in outside air by itself.
Suction air is sheared and mixed inside of the nozzle by its special internal structure, and it becomes fine bubble.

01High Suction Capacity

Max flow ratio of suction air against applied water is 100%, which is one of HELIX NOZZLE’s advantages.
This enables powerful swirling flow including fine bubbles.

022 types of Bubbles

Fine bubble is divided into Micro Bubble (MB) and Ultra Fine Bubble (UFB), and they have different characteristics each.

MB seems to be white cloudiness and UFB is so tiny that it is invisible to the naked eye.

As for MB, 1 – 100µm, peak of the generation frequency is confirmed at bubble diameter of 16 – 20µm.

Case.1:Metal parts cleaning (Oil Removal)

Effect

Since fine bubble is much smaller than general bubble used in bubbling cleaning, gas-liquid surface is much larger and fine bubble can adsorb and remove contaminants efficiently.
HELIX NOZZLE can generate powerful swirling flow including fine bubble to an object resulting high cleaning performance.

Application Example

In metal parts cleaning after press processing, the customer used to remove attached oil by using ultrasonic cleaning machine with hydrocarbon detergent at first and then hand-washing, and obviously it took so long time.
After using HELIX NOZZLE, stuck of metal parts has been dramatically improved and shortened working time largely.

For evaluation of medical equipment cleaning, sample blood attached on the equipment was cleaned and residue was estimated by ATP test. ATP was 32RLU after cleaning by HELIX NOZZLE and it passed the customer’s standard cleanliness of the conventional ultrasonic cleaning machine as well.
