What is Heat Exchanger?

Heat exchanger is a component that transfers heat energy using fluid such as a liquid or gas. It adjusts temperature of hydraulic fluid or lube oil to improve working efficiency of system and prevent oil deterioration.
It is an indispensable component for automobiles and industrial equipment such as radiators, oil coolers, charge air coolers, and EGR coolers.
We offer various types of heat exchangers that can be divided two types roughly.

TAISEI Low Fin Tube

What is Low Fin Tube?

Low fin tube is a cooling tube with rolling processed threads.
Because of its high heat transfer coefficient, high performance, and downsizing, Low Fin tube has been chosen for various heat exchangers in power plants, refinery plant, cooling facilities, and so on.

img
  • In-house Fin Processing

Low fin threads are processed by own-developed rolling machine.

  • Smallest Diameter 9mm

Tube minimization enables increase of heat transfer coefficient and high performance. More number of cooling tubes can be installed in a body and enables larger heat transfer area.

  • 28 Fin threads/inch

Larger number of fin threads are processed comparing to general fin tube.
This enables larger heat transfer area.

  • Various Tube Material

Various material and tube diameter are available.

※1
Tap water, underground water, and industrial water are generally used as cooling water.
In case od using untreated water from river, lake, and pond, please be careful of pollution and contamination.
※2
Since the standard value in the table is reference values determined for longer service life and efficiency retention of heat exchanger, corrosion and scale adhesion may cause even if each value is within the standard value.
