History
| 1957 | Established Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Kanda Matsunaga-cho, Chiyoda-ku, and started manufacturing and selling filters. The capital is 1 million yen. |

| 1960 | Moved the head office to Tokiwadai, Itabashi-ku, and started manufacturing, mainly designing and manufacturing compressor filters and oil coolers of Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries. |
| 1961 | Moved the head office to Wakagi, Itabashi-ku, built a new office building, and expanded manufacturing facilities. Started development of new products. The capital was increased to 2 million yen due to the need for capital investment. |
| 1970 | Purchased land to build a filter oil cooler manufacturing plant in Nasu Town, Tochigi Prefecture. |
| 1971 | The Utsunomiya factory with the latest machines installed on the same land is completed. A full-scale production system for hydraulic oil filters and oil coolers has been established. The capital was increased to 12 million yen for upfront investment. |

| 1997 | Umio Mukai, the founder, became chairman of the board. Akio Mukai became president. |
